The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that the investment compartment A - EEA & CIS PHARMA VENTURES (LEI 254900LQDYQL5XFOQD73) of Develo Venture AIF V.C.I.C. Plc (Licence AIF39/2014) has been dissolved and placed into liquidation following the total redemption of its units. The dissolution was notified to CySEC by the AIF’s external manager, Byron Capital Partners Ltd, under the notification process set out in the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. CySEC noted that the compartment is entering voluntary liquidation.
