The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) has released a new dataset on its Open Data Portal that provides metadata on the submission of periodic and event-driven documents by investment funds, covering deliveries from 2021 onward. The dataset, titled “Investment Funds: Documents: Delivery”, is designed to support access to information on how investment fund filings are delivered to the regulator. CVM also published an updated Open Data Plan (Plano de Dados Abertos) setting out how it will open, maintain, monitor and promote the use of its databases, with validity from June 2024 to May 2026.

The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) has launched a dataset on its Open Data Portal detailing metadata on investment fund document submissions from 2021 onward. Additionally, CVM released an updated Open Data Plan outlining the management and promotion of its databases, effective from June 2024 to May 2026.
