Norway's Ministry of Finance has opened a call for input as it reviews the framework conditions for the financial industry, work that will feed into the Financial Markets Report 2026 and follows the Norwegian Parliament’s request no. 994 (2024–2025). The ministry is asking stakeholders to indicate which areas and topics should be prioritised in the review and to provide as concrete proposals as possible. As part of the process, an open stakeholder meeting will be held in Oslo on 15 December 2025 from 12:30 to 14:00, with registration required by 10 December 2025. The ministry also requests written submissions referencing case number 25/5240 by 14 January 2026.
