The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has notified businesses that the specifications for BEBEK-E and GALLE ENERGY have been revoked and remade with new unique identifiers under the UK Russia sanctions regime. BEBEK-E’s identifier has changed from RUS3739 to RUS3752, while GALLE ENERGY’s has changed from RUS3747 to RUS3751. Both ships remain subject to shipping and trade sanctions in the Bailiwick of Guernsey. All businesses must check for relationships linked to the vessels and immediately report any findings to the States of Guernsey Policy & Resources Committee. Affected firms must also notify the Commission and, as soon as reasonably practicable after meeting the statutory reporting requirements, provide the information required by Handbook Rule 12.37, including the relevant customer, beneficial owner, key principal, transaction or asset and the nature and value of the relationship or transaction.
