The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority has appointed Joris Gröflin as a member of the Swiss Takeover Board effective Jan. 1, 2027. He will serve the remainder of the current term, which expires at the end of 2027. Gröflin, chief financial officer and partner at Partners Group, will succeed Beat Fellmann, who will step down at the end of 2026 after serving since 2014. The Takeover Board issues first instance rulings on public takeover bids and ensures compliance with the applicable takeover provisions under FINMA’s ultimate supervision.
