The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that it will again award two students from Cyprus higher education institutions for the best theses or dissertations on finance and capital markets topics for the 2025–2026 academic year. The awards are positioned as part of CySEC’s financial education efforts, aiming to recognise research excellence and innovative thinking while strengthening links between academia and the financial sector and encouraging work aligned with CySEC’s mandate. Universities that wish to participate but have not received relevant information are invited to declare their interest by email by 4 May 2026.
