The Estonian Financial Supervision Authority withdrew Kemotex Finance OÜ’s operating licence to act as a creditor and mortgage creditor, following an application from the company. With the withdrawal, Kemotex Finance OÜ may no longer operate as a creditor or mortgage creditor, including entering into credit agreements with clients or conducting related transactions in its own name and on its own account. The licence had been issued on 3 April 2017. Finantsinspektsioon noted that 32 creditors currently operate in Estonia under its licensing regime.
