The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) issued General Resolution No. 1114 to broaden the set of entities allowed to record purchase-sale agreements (boletos de compraventa) and other contracts relating to built or planned units under the condominium (horizontal property) regime or other land subdivision regimes, where the transaction concerns future properties for which possession cannot be exercised due to insufficient construction progress. The measure, issued under Article 10 of Decree No. 1017/2024, specifically enables stock exchanges registered with the CNV as Clearing and Settlement Agents (ALyC) to carry out this recording activity, alongside the entities already authorised under General Resolutions No. 1043 and 1109, including Custody, Registration and Payment Agents (ACRYP), clearing houses, markets, the Central Depositary Agent for Negotiable Securities (ADCVN), financial institutions authorised under Financial Institutions Law No. 21,526, and entities previously registered as Regional Representative Entities (ERR).
