The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued Notice 06/TB-UBCK instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practitioner certificate in order to complete the certification procedure. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector applied at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at Vietinbank or Vietcombank or paid directly at the Commission, and transfer details should identify the recipient, identification document number and the type of certificate. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the issued certificate.
