The Brazilian Superintendence of Private Insurance (SUSEP) reported that it has been classified in group 2 of the Performance and Execution Index for Corrective Activity (Idecor), a tool created by Brazil’s Office of the Comptroller General (CGU) to score and rank corrective units across the Federal Executive Branch. Group 2 covers bodies that achieved the second-highest assessment band, with scores between 7.0 and 9.0. Idecor, established under CGU Normative Ordinance No. 181 of 31 October 2024, is intended to evaluate the performance of Sectoral Correction Units within the Federal Executive Branch’s Correction System (SisCor) across five score bands. The scoring draws on indicators including the formal placement of the correction unit within an institution’s structure, transparency of corrective actions, average duration of investigative procedures and corrective proceedings, and the effectiveness rate of corrective processes; 169 corrective units were assessed in the published results.
