Held at the Matadi national police headquarters, the session covered practical use of insurance-control equipment and the protection of insureds’ rights during control operations. Joseph Ntumba demonstrated the digital control system and Mambo Mukuayanzo reviewed core insurance concepts, alongside a reminder that the Insurance Code of 17 March 2015 provides for continuous enforcement, with checks to run seven days a week throughout the year rather than through time-limited campaigns.
