HKICL has no affiliation with the websites and does not ordinarily provide FPS services directly to individuals or proactively contact members of the public. Its genuine websites are www.hkicl.com.hk and fps.hkicl.com.hk. The public should protect personal information, verify suspicious communications and report suspected fraud to the police.
