France's Financial Markets Authority (AMF) issued a public warning and updated its blacklist of online actors offering investments in biens divers without the required authorisations, adding four newly identified websites. The additions since 1 December 2024 cover two wine and champagne offers, one gold offer and one green investment offer: laumaholding.com, www.jmbe-finances.com, five-media05.com and login.parsev.com. The AMF reminded investors that biens divers offers, as defined in Article L.551-1 of the Monetary and Financial Code, must be registered with the AMF before they can be marketed in France. Since the blacklist was created in 2017, the AMF has recorded 415 website addresses and noted that the list is updated frequently but is not intended to be exhaustive; the blacklist and the whitelist of registered biens divers offers are accessible via the AMF and Assurance Banque Épargne Info Service websites.
