The Egypt Financial Regulatory Authority has issued a board decision extending the deadline for companies with securities or financial instruments listed on the Egyptian Exchange and other entities under its supervision to submit their periodic financial statements for the financial period ended 31 December 2024. Under Board Decision No. 38 of 2025, the filing deadline is moved to 30 April 2025 from 31 March 2025. The decision is to be published in the Official Gazette and on the websites of the authority and the Egyptian Exchange, and takes effect from the day after issuance.

The Egypt Financial Regulatory Authority has extended the deadline for companies with listed securities or financial instruments to submit their financial statements for the period ending 31 December 2024. Under Board Decision No. 38 of 2025, the new filing deadline is 30 April 2025, moved from 31 March 2025. The decision will be published in the Official Gazette and on relevant websites, effective immediately.
