Finland's Ministry of Finance announced that Minister Wille Rydman, who is responsible for financial market matters in the government, will participate in the No Money for Terror conference in Munich on 13 February, focused on strengthening measures to prevent the financing of terrorism. Invited by German Finance Minister Jörg Kukies, the conference aims to reinforce international cooperation and develop innovative, coordinated solutions to the terrorist financing threat; Rydman highlighted that identifying financiers can also help prevent other terrorism-related crimes. The initiative began in 2018 on France’s proposal and is linked to the Munich Security Conference, taking place on 14–16 February.
