Under Order No. B-160 of 11 June 2025, the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan granted JSC Housing Construction Savings Bank Otbasy Bank an expanded licence adding the activity of opening and maintaining individuals’ current bank accounts to credit savings payments from education savings deposits or insurance payouts under an education savings insurance contract for improving housing conditions.
