The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has launched a new interactive statistical data platform to provide the public with more timely access to key statistical indicators and analytical overviews. The platform is available in Azerbaijani and English and is designed to expand access to critical information for domestic and international users. It includes a homepage and five sections covering macroeconomic statistics, monetary statistics, financial sector statistics, payment systems statistics and external sector statistics, with dashboards, charts and tables for each area. A dedicated “Dynamic Map” on the homepage enables analysis of the most important financial indicators by city (district). The platform is integrated into the Statistics section of the central bank’s official website, and the central bank indicated it will consider expanding the system’s coverage as needed over time.
