The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that AIFCAP Managers Ltd, the external manager of XSPOT RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC (LEI 254900012LM1IAFVAE20), has notified it of the initiation of dissolution and liquidation proceedings for the investment compartment XSPOT CAPITAL. Until the compartment’s dissolution and liquidation are completed, it will remain registered in the Registered Alternative Investment Funds (RAIFs) Registry under RAIF28 and continue to appear on CySEC’s website with an “under liquidation” notice. CySEC will delete the compartment from the RAIFs Register once the process is completed and all required documents have been submitted.

The compartment will remain in the Registered Alternative Investment Funds Registry under RAIF28 with an "under liquidation" notice until the process is completed. CySEC will remove it from the registry once all necessary documents are submitted.
