The Central Bank of Russia published its latest Monitoring of Businesses results, showing an increase in the Business Climate Index to 3.4 points in November from 2.3 points in the previous month, consistent with ongoing growth in business activity. Compared with October, surveyed companies reported higher current demand estimates alongside lower output estimates. Three-month-ahead expectations became more positive than in the previous survey, while price expectations rose for a second consecutive month, returning to the averages observed in the first quarter of 2025; further detail is set out in the November issue of the Bank’s Monitoring of Businesses analytical commentary.
