The Hellenic Capital Market Commission approved the offering documents for two public offerings under Greece’s takeover bid framework and authorised a shareholder’s request to exercise squeeze-out rights. The approvals cover a mandatory public offering by MASDAR HELLAS SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. to the shareholders of TERNA ENERGY INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL TECHNICAL SOCIETE ANONYME and a voluntary public offering by LEONIDSPORT B.V. to the shareholders of THESSALONIKI PORT AUTHORITY SOCIETE ANONYME, both under Law 3461/2006. The Commission also approved HELLENIC QUALITY FOODS Societe Anonyme’s request to exercise the squeeze-out right over the shares of BIS PACKAGING INDUSTRY SOCIETE ANONYME in accordance with Article 27 of Law 3461/2006.

MASDAR HELLAS SINGLE-MEMBER S.A. and LEONIDSPORT B.V. received authorization for mandatory and voluntary public offerings, respectively, under Law 3461/2006. Additionally, HELLENIC QUALITY FOODS Societe Anonyme was authorized to exercise squeeze-out rights over BIS PACKAGING INDUSTRY Societe Anonyme shares.
