The Japan Financial Services Agency (FSA) announced it has certified a Special Management Enhancement Plan submitted by Miyako Shinkin Bank and Shinkin Central Bank of Japan, together with a related Special Management Enhancement Guidance Plan, under the Act on Special Measures to Strengthen Financial Functions. Certification followed the FSA’s examination under Article 16(3) of the supplementary provisions, and the agency has published both outline and full versions of the Special Management Enhancement Plan and the Special Management Enhancement Guidance Plan.
