The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic held an event under the National Spirit, Global Heights doctrine on the role of the state language, promotion of national values and access to banking services. It used the event to present ongoing work on developing the state language, widening financial access, introducing digital payment instruments, improving financial literacy and strengthening environmental responsibility. Regional work includes expanding the network of ATMs and the availability of QR payments and POS terminals to improve access to modern banking services. The bank also highlighted the use of the state language in contracts with clients and the conduct of internal administration in both the state and official languages. Melis Murataliev, chair of the National Commission on State Language and Language Policy under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, participated as a guest lecturer and spoke on the historical development and current role of the state language.
