The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the statutory fee for issuance of a securities practising certificate in order to complete the licensing procedure. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities sector fees and charges applied at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer or directly at the Commission, and transfer instructions require the payer to include the certificate holder’s name, identification document number and the type of practising certificate being issued. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the issued certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision canceling the granted certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1,000,000 fee and payment process for securities practising certificates
