The Montenegro Capital Market Authority reported that its chairman, Željko Drinčić, and commission member, Ana Pivljanin, participated in the international conference “IPO as an opportunity for long-term owners and growth through the capital market”, held in Zagreb on 24 September 2025. The event, organised by Jutarnji list and the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA), included a presentation of HANFA’s 2024 Annual Corporate Governance Report, awards for listed companies across market segments, and a panel discussion on IPOs as a strategic turning point covering regulatory challenges, sustainability and ownership-structure transformation. On the margins, the Authority held bilateral meetings with regional capital market participants, including discussions with Erste Asset Management on plans to register an additional UCITS fund in Montenegro and cooperation to support the development of the domestic fund industry.
