The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has published on its official website a list of individuals who hold qualification certificates required to provide investment services (operations) in the securities market and to manage investment funds. Under Azerbaijan’s laws on the securities market and on investment funds, individuals carrying out these activities must pass an attestation at the Central Bank and obtain the relevant qualification certificate, with the process governed by the rules for conducting attestation for the purpose of obtaining these certificates. The published list is intended to support market transparency and investor protection and includes each certified person’s surname, name and patronymic, the type and number of the qualification certificate, and the issuance or renewal dates.
