Mexico's National Commission for the Protection and Defence of Users of Financial Services (CONDUSEF) published the fourth-quarter 2025 results of its User Service Performance Index (IDATU) for Sociedades Financieras Populares (SOFIPOS), which assesses how these institutions handle and resolve customer complaints. The sector’s score was 9.05 out of 10, down 0.09 points from the previous quarter. The IDATU considers timeliness of attention, quality of responses, and actions taken to improve processes, with an emphasis on fair treatment for vulnerable groups such as older adults. The highest-scoring institutions were Crediclub and SFP Porvenir (10.00 each), followed by Financiera Broxel (9.94), Ku-Bo Financiero (9.92), Financiera Monte de Piedad (9.76), Fondea Technologies (9.63) and Libertad Servicios Financieros (9.55). The lowest scores were recorded by Fincomún (8.28), NU México Financiera (8.07), Stori México (7.88) and Klar Technologies (5.25).
