The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH) has joined the Operational Security Situational Awareness Teleconference (OSSAT) as a regular member, giving it access to an international forum for exchanging security information on digital security in the financial sector. Admission was unanimously approved by OSSAT’s active members. OSSAT, established in 2012 by the European Central Bank (ECB), connects central banks including members of the European System of Central Banks (ESCB), the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), international financial institutions such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank, and CERT-EU security teams. The platform supports sharing information on cyber security events and operational risks, including incidents and threats affecting financial-sector information systems, and aims to strengthen preventive measures through shared knowledge and experience.
