The Albania Financial Services Authority’s Board adopted a package of authorisations and approvals covering supervised entities and the authority’s own internal controls, including the approval of a new private pension fund and the licensing of a new public, open-ended investment fund. The Board approved the private pension fund “Master Pension Fund” (open participation) and licensed the public offer, open-ended investment fund “Credins Dynamic”, both to be administered by Credins Invest (a management company for private pension funds and collective investment undertakings). It also approved internal information technology security policies for the authority, endorsed the reappointment of the administrator and members of the Supervisory Council of Albsig Jete, and approved the carrying out of insurance agent activity.
