The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) approved a prospectus for an initial public offering of shares by Respublika Holding AD and a prospectus for the admission to trading on a regulated market of a bond issue by Development Assets AD, entering both securities issues into the register of public companies and other issuers of securities. The Respublika Holding AD offering covers up to 3,189,484 ordinary, dematerialised, registered voting shares with a nominal value of BGN 1.00 and an issue price of BGN 2.00 (ISIN BG1100059986). The Development Assets AD bond issue totals BGN 24,000,000 across 24,000 secured, non-convertible, dematerialised, registered, interest-bearing bonds with a nominal value of BGN 1,000 each, paying a floating rate of six-month EURIBOR plus 1.50% subject to a floor of 2.50% and a cap of 5.00% per annum, with semi-annual payments, an issue date of 20 August 2024 and a maturity date of 20 August 2033 (ISIN BG2100036248). The FSC also approved Ivan Nedev to the Board of Directors of investment intermediary Balkan Consulting Company-IP EAD and Kiril Dimitrov to the Board of Directors of ASSET INSURANCE AD. In addition, the FSC notified DZI – LIFE INSURANCE EAD and DZI – GENERAL INSURANCE EAD that it identified no legal obstacles to concluding and performing a third-party services contract, and terminated proceedings, at the applicant’s request, relating to GROUPAMA INSURANCE EAD and GROUPAMA LIFE INSURANCE EAD’s intention to transfer activities to an external service provider.
