The Reserve Bank of India has updated its directions on access criteria for the Negotiated Dealing System – Order Matching (NDS-OM) platform, removing the prescribed application forms from the Directions and making the revised formats available through the Platform for Regulatory Application, VAlidation and AutHorisation (PRAVAAH) portal. The Directions continue to set criteria for direct access, indirect access and access through the Stock Broker Connect facility. Following the rollout of PRAVAAH for submission, validation and authorisation of regulatory applications, the RBI rationalised the NDS-OM access application forms on the portal and amended the Directions accordingly; the updated Directions apply with immediate effect.

The Reserve Bank of India has amended its directions on access criteria for the Negotiated Dealing System – Order Matching platform, removing prescribed application forms from the Directions and making revised formats available via the Platform for Regulatory Application, VAlidation and AutHorisation portal. The criteria for direct, indirect and Stock Broker Connect access remain in place, with the updated Directions effective immediately.
