The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission imposed a temporary ban on the publication of Harisson Management Limited’s proposal to purchase shares in Aroma AD and struck an Allianz Bank Bulgaria AD bond issue from the Register of Public Companies and Other Issuers of Securities. It also asked InvestPRO Capital EOOD to provide additional information and documents in connection with its application for a licence as an investment intermediary. The banned proposal relates to purchases from other Aroma shareholders to be executed through the investment intermediary Elana Trading AD. The removed bond issue totals EUR 39,500,000 and consists of 395 ordinary, interest-bearing, dematerialised, registered, freely transferable, unsecured, non-convertible bonds of EUR 100,000 each, structured to meet the requirements for eligible liabilities instruments under the Law on Recovery and Resolution of Credit Institutions and Investment Intermediaries (ISIN BG2100003230).
