The Central Bank of the Philippines (BSP) issued a circular letter urging all banks to promote Savings Consciousness Week 2025, in line with Presidential Proclamation No. 380, Series of 1994. The observance will run from 30 June to 6 July 2025 under the theme “A secure future starts with consistent saving habits,” with a Filipino version “Kapag ipon ang inuna, ginhawa ang bunga!” Banks are encouraged to feature in communications across platforms such as websites, social media and automated teller machine screen displays the campaign theme (in either English or Filipino), the phrase “Savings Consciousness Week, 30 June to 06 July, 2025,” and the hashtags #SavingsConsciousnessWeek2025 and #SCWeek2025.
