The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Mega Ploutos Fund Management Ltd, the external manager of SECURESY FUND RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD, has notified CySEC that it has initiated a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the registered alternative investment fund (RAIF135) under the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. The RAIF will remain registered in CySEC’s RAIF Registry and continue to appear on CySEC’s website with an “under liquidation” notice until the process is completed. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the register once dissolution and liquidation are completed and all required documents have been submitted, in line with article 138(9) of the law.

The fund will stay on CySEC’s RAIF Registry with an “under liquidation” notice until finalized. CySEC will remove the fund from the register upon completion and submission of all required documents.
