The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced that it has transferred BAM 184,420,439.90 to the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the budget of the country’s institutions, representing part of the allocation of its 2025 net profit. The amount accounts for about 12.5% of the total budget, making it one of the largest individual revenue items for the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Net profit for 2025 totaled BAM 307,367,399.84, which the central bank linked to management of foreign exchange reserves. Over the last three years, cumulative transfers to the budget of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina reached BAM 493,046,833.44, which is BAM 56,311,818.58, or 12.89%, more than in all earlier years in which net profit had been allocated. The payment was made under Article 27 of the Law on the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the release also notes that the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly adopted the CBBH Annual Report for 2025.

Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina transfers BAM 184.4 million from 2025 net profit to budget of state institutions
The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina has transferred BAM 184.42 million, representing part of its 2025 net profit, to the Ministry of Finance and Treasury for the budget of state institutions, accounting for about 12.5% of total budget revenues. The bank reported 2025 net profit of BAM 307.37 million, attributed to foreign exchange reserve management, and noted that cumulative transfers over the last three years reached BAM 493.05 million, with the 2025 Annual Report adopted by the Presidency and the Parliamentary Assembly’s House of Representatives.
