The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market adopted a package of rule amendments and market decisions covering collective investment activities, the share issuance and registration process, and corporate governance disclosure, alongside a series of registrations and approvals for funds, asset managers and issuers. The Commission amended several regulatory acts on collective investment and revised the Regulation governing the issuance of shares, registration and cancellation of share issue registrations, and approved Recommendations on the Quality of Disclosure in the Corporate Governance Report. It registered collective investment share issues and related prospectuses for JSC ZNVCIF SIDLEY and JSC ZNVCIF SIGMA CAPITAL, approved draft charters and initial-authorised-capital share issue registrations for JSC ZNVCIF VELAMI GROUP, JSC ZNVCIF SVITOVIT and JSC ZNVCIF SKYBUILD INVEST, and made changes to the prospectus, rules, share issue documentation and registration certificates for JSC ZNVCIF ARS CAPITAL. Further decisions included agreeing an intention to acquire a significant participation in AMC TEMP LLC, approving management appointments at AMC GARANTIA – INVEST LLC and AMC Patriot LLC, registering a share issue for JSC Zaporizhzhya Machine-Building Design Bureau PROGRESS named after Academician O.G. Ivchenko, registering the report on the results of a share issue of PJSC Milk Alliance, and adopting resolutions prohibiting amendments to the depository accounting system for securities and prohibiting the execution and/or performance of securities transactions.
