Vietnam State Securities Commission instructs listed applicants to pay VND 1,000,000 securities practising certificate fee

The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice requiring individuals named in the attached list to pay the fee to complete the process for being granted a securities practising certificate. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Commission. Payment can be made either by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission’s accounts at Vietinbank or Vietcombank, or in person at the Commission. For bank transfers, the payment reference should specify that it is for a securities practising certificate fee and include the recipient’s name, identification document number, and the type of certificate. The notice also states that if, within one year from the Commission’s notification to pay the fee for re-issuance of a securities practising certificate, the person does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.
