The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo held a periodic meeting with senior management and heads of organizational units to review progress in implementing its 2024–2028 Strategic Plan and work plan. The review covered results, key achievements and identified challenges, with the exercise aimed at strengthening internal coordination, advancing reforms and supporting effective delivery of the bank’s strategic objectives. Organizational units presented progress across financial stability, financial supervision and regulation, payment systems modernization, statistics and analysis, internal governance, digitalization, risk management, institutional communication and professional capacity building. The bank reiterated that its 2024–2028 reform agenda focuses on preserving financial stability, aligning with European Union standards, modernizing financial infrastructure, increasing transparency and advancing financial services for the economy and citizens. The bank also described these periodic reviews as part of its broader approach to planning, monitoring and institutional accountability, intended to translate strategic objectives into concrete actions, measurable results and sustained reforms.
