The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) has made several decisions in its recent meeting. It decided not to impose a final ban on Unique Investment EAD's corrected tender offer for acquiring 358,317 shares of Arco Towers REIT through UG MARKET EAD. The FSC approved Mario Gorgiev as an Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Bluesmart Investments AD. It also sanctioned amendments to the organizational rules of the Voluntary Pension Fund "DSK-Rodina" and its professional schemes. Additionally, the FSC approved changes to the Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD's regulations. The commission removed a bond issue by Neo London Capital AD, Sofia, valued at BGN 20,000,000, from the Register of Public Companies and Other Issuers of Securities. Lastly, the FSC communicated to Finanstilsynet, Denmark, and Euronext Securities Copenhagen that it has no objections to Euronext Securities Copenhagen providing services in Bulgaria.
