The Argentina Superintendency of Insurance has postponed mandatory implementation of its new Reporting Regime, revising the transition timetable previously set for October 2026. The first filing required exclusively through the new system will be financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2026. Financial statements as of Sept. 30, 2026, must instead be submitted through the existing SINENSUP system. The testing environment will remain available to support entities’ preparations, while the authority adds functions including automatic generation of annexes linked to the notes to financial statements.
