The filing period that was due to end on 1 July 2025 has been extended by six months to 1 January 2026. The extension follows a Notice published on the Commission’s website on 3 June 2025 and is made using the Registrar’s discretion under the Schedule to the Limited Partnership Act (revised edition 2020) in relation to compliance with sections 53A and 53B.
