The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has approved four nominations submitted by banks for senior governance and control-function roles, clearing appointments at Aiyl Bank, Capital Bank Central Asia, Commercial Bank KSB and Demir Kyrgyz International Bank. The decisions, dated 26 September 2025, approved Oralbek Kanatbekovich Chomokov as chair of the board of directors of Aiyl Bank OJSC; Archagul Esengeldyevna Kaparova as chief accountant and head of the accounting and reporting department at Capital Bank Central Asia OJSC; Mirbek Tabaldievich Tursunaliev as head of the internal audit department at Commercial Bank KSB CJSC; and Melis Tulindyevich Mambetzhanov as an independent board member and chair of the audit committee at Demir Kyrgyz International Bank CJSC.
