The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing Phạm Tuấn Anh to pay the statutory fee to complete the procedure for re-issuance of a securities practising certificate for fund management. The re-issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC and can be paid by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission’s office accounts or paid directly to the Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the re-issued certificate within one year from the date of the fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the re-issued practising certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission requests payment of VND 1 million fee to complete re-issuance of a fund management practising certificate
The Vietnam State Securities Commission has instructed Phạm Tuấn Anh to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for the re-issuance of a securities practising certificate for fund management. Payment can be made via bank transfer or directly to the Commission. Failure to complete the procedure within one year will result in cancellation of the certificate.
