The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Public Institution Centre for Vocational Education, setting a framework to connect capital market topics with vocational education, with a particular focus on improving adult education and developing modern programmes aligned with market needs. The memorandum was signed by the authority’s president, Željko Drinčić, and the Centre’s director, Aleksandra Lalević. Planned joint activities include promoting financial literacy, encouraging innovation, and developing research initiatives intended to improve understanding of financial flows and strengthen the capacities of individuals and institutions.
