The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has reissued licences to conduct banking activities for four institutions, following changes to their names, legal form and/or registered locations. The licence for Smart Bank JSC was reissued after it changed its name to Open Bank JSC and updated its postal address. Hayot Bank JSC and Anor Bank JSC each had their licences reissued due to changes in postal address. The Tashkent operation of Iran’s Soderot Bank had its licence reissued following its conversion from a branch into a joint-stock company, alongside a name change to Soderot Bank and an updated postal address.

Smart Bank JSC is now Open Bank JSC, while Hayot Bank JSC and Anor Bank JSC updated their postal addresses. Soderot Bank in Tashkent converted from a branch to a joint-stock company, with a name change and address update.
