The Hong Kong Insurance Authority launched a new edition of its Inter-School Quiz and Challenge on Lifetime Risk and Protection in the first quarter of 2026, targeting Form 4 to Form 6 secondary students. More than 2,200 students from 58 schools participated, with the campaign designed to build understanding of lifetime risk management, insurance protection and financial planning. Delivered with the Financial Education Centre of the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society, the programme centred on an online quiz supported by tailored online learning materials and teacher-guided classroom discussions. An evaluation survey found that 72% of participating students strongly agreed or agreed that their knowledge was enhanced, and 74% indicated willingness to improve their financial behaviour; top-performing schools were recognised at an on-campus event featuring interactive game booths, themed challenge sessions with online influencers Freeeboyzzzz and a career sharing session by a Hong Kong Federation of Insurers representative.
