El Salvador's Superintendence of the Financial System has published a notice that it has received a request to authorise the incorporation of “Sociedad de Ahorro y Crédito LAFISE, Sociedad Anónima” (SAC LAFISE, S.A.) and, under the applicable technical rules, is disclosing the proposed qualifying shareholder(s) and initial board members to allow the public to object to their suitability. The notice identifies Robert Joseph Zamora Llanes (Nicaraguan) as holding 99.98500% of the share capital. The proposed initial directors are Robert Joseph Zamora Llanes (Chair, Nicaraguan), Sandra María Munguía Palomo (Vice-chair, Salvadoran), Roberto José Zamora Terán (Secretary, Nicaraguan), and alternate directors Rodrigo Alberto Zamora Terán (Nicaraguan), Diego Andrés Zamora Terán (Nicaraguan) and Carlos Nereo Melo Ferrer (Argentine). Objections must be submitted in writing within 15 days after publication, with supporting evidence. If objections are received and verified, the Superintendence will inform the applicants, who then have 30 days to make the relevant substitutions; the information submitted will be treated as confidential.
