Hudak most recently served as Civil Chief at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, where he supervised the litigation of thousands of civil defensive and affirmative matters; over 18 years at the office, he also served as Deputy Civil Chief and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, and he led civil enforcement work that collected more than USD 1 billion in recoveries and disrupted hundreds of millions of dollars in assets traced to terrorist and transnational criminal organizations.
