The Brazil Securities Commission's Superintendence of Securities Registration revoked the suspension of the public offering of units in the second issuance of the Bradesco Fundo de Investimento Financeiro infrastructure credit fund class after concluding that the irregularities identified by staff had been remedied. The offering, administered by Banco Bradesco S.A. with Bradesco BBI S.A. as lead intermediary, had been suspended because it began before all requirements for an automatic registration filing had been met and because of issues in the disclosure of the offering documentation under CVM Resolution 160. The suspension had been imposed on June 16, 2026. The most notable deficiency was the absence of the electronic form required for the offering registration request. After the offeror took corrective measures and notified the CVM within the prescribed deadline, the technical area determined that the breaches had been cured and lifted the suspension.
