The UAE Securities & Commodities Authority, together with Sandooq Al Watan and ADGM Academy, marked the graduation of the second cohort of the Financial Market Pioneers Program, with 27 Emirati participants completing the course. The cohort completed ten modules totalling 84 hours and achieved a 100% success rate, bringing cumulative graduates of the programme to 58. Senior representatives highlighted the programme’s focus on building national human capital for the development of the UAE’s financial markets and preparing a skilled workforce.
