The Panama Superintendency of the Securities Market issued a public investor alert warning that Roger Eberto Cerdas Miranda and associated names are not licensed by the SMV and therefore are not authorised to conduct securities-related business in or from Panama. The alert covers Roger Eberto Cerdas Miranda under the names Roger Cermira Miranda, Roger Zimet and Roger Acosta, as well as The Capital Trading Fund and Traders Profit Club-Panama City, or any other denomination operating under the same person. It states they are not, and have not been, holders of an SMV licence and are not authorised to carry out intermediation, administration or advisory business in securities, financial instruments or foreign exchange within the framework of Panama’s Securities Market Law.
